Clients may request a Balance Inquiry Receipt before shopping and clients may request or receive a mid-transaction receipt before being asked to approve the transaction at the register. Clients will also receive a receipt after making a WIC purchase that shows their beginning benefit balance, items purchased and their remaining benefit balance.

Request to add UPC form (1-3 items): The Request to add UPC form can be found online at www.itcaonline.com/eWIC. The form requires information about the product being submitted like name, size, UPC information and an image if possible. The form can be emailed to wicupc@itcaonline.com. This form can also be faxed to (602) 258-4825.

WIC Shopper App (1 item): The WIC shopper app is an application used to detect WIC foods in the grocery store. The WIC shopper app allows for users to submit a request to add foods onto the WIC Program. Fill out the entire form within the app prior to submission. Information about the food is submitted to wicupc@itcaonline.com.

Emailing Product information (multiple items): Multiple items can be reported to the ITCA WIC Program to be reviewed and added to the approved product list by submitting information to wicupc@itcaonline.com. Information in the request should include: product location, type of product, product name, product size, and product UPC. Name and email of person submitting the request are required for follow up questions.

Product information can also be faxed to (602) 258-4825.
Reported by phone (1 item): Foods that are missing from the APL can be reported by phone. The ITCA WIC Program can be contacted at (602) 258-4822.

The Approved Product List (APL) can be viewed online at www.itcaonline.com/wic/foods. If you have any questions regarding the APL, please contact the ITCA WIC Program at (602) 258-4822.
