National Nutrition Month®, celebrated each year during March, focuses on the importance of making smart choices when it come to our health in terms of eating and exercise. The theme this year is Eat Right, Bite by Bite. Drastically changing the way you eat and live can be overwhelming and the reason why most diets and New Year’s resolutions fail within weeks or months.
