Step 1: Prepare Documentation in Advance

• Any provider intending to operate within the boundaries of Tribal lands must have an active, valid Tribal Business License

AHCCCS Provider Welcome Letter
• Providing Services to Fee-for-Service (FFS) Members can immediately begin.
• Providing Services to MCO Members will require a separate contract with the health plan.
