Under the supervision of the ITCA Tribal Water Department Director, the Exam Development Projects Manager will be responsible for managing the Federal Baseline Regulatory (FedReg) Exam Module Development Project and the Tribal Utility Management Certification Exam Update Project. The project management will include: budget and contract management; coordinating, scheduling, and arranging numerous committee meetings and webinars; developing project messaging to stakeholders; and managing and maintaining confidential and proprietary information. The Project Manager will engage and collaborate with tribal, federal, state, and non-profit entities throughout the implementation of these projects. Position requires monthly travel. Timely and regular attendance to work and events is an essential function of this project.

Under the direction of the Maternal Health Innovation Program (MHIP) Manager, the Maternal and Child Health (MCH) Epidemiologist is responsible for surveillance, communication, investigation, reporting, data driven education and evaluation of the Maternal Health Innovation Program and other MCH related programs.

Under the direction of the WIC Director, the Maternal Health Innovation Program (MHIP) Manager plans, develops, implements, coordinates and evaluates the Maternal Health Innovation Program and supervises the Maternal and Child Health Epidemiologist. Timely and regular attendance to work and work-related events is an essential function of this position.

Epidemiologist IV – Tribal Epidemiology Center

Epidemiologist IV effectively manages the operation and administration of the ITCA grant with Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) COVID-19: Prevention of suicide, intimate partner violence and adverse childhood events (ACEs) in Indian Country and provides support to the TEC Methamphetamine Suicide Prevention Initiative/Domestic Violence Prevention Initiative (MSPI/DVPI) project. Timely and regular attendance to work and work-related events is an essential function of this position.
