The Inter Tribal Council of Arizona, Inc., a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation, is soliciting quotes from individuals and companies for quality assurance services to assist the Multistate Consortium (MSC) with the planning, testing and implementation of new vendor management functionality in the existing WIC MIS used by the MSC. The MSC consists of the Hawaii, Inter Tribal Council of Arizona, Inc., Kansas, and New Hampshire Special Supplemental Nutrition Programs for Women, Infants and Children (WIC) State Agencies.
