REGISTRATION Early Registration Fees is $125.00 and must be postmarked by June 1, 2013. Regular and on-site Registration is $150.00 and must be postmarked after June 1, 2013 and on-site.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY Refunds, less a $50 administration fee, will be made if a written cancellation notice is postmarked or faxed by June 3, 2013. There will be no refunds for cancellations after June 3, 2013. For cancellations after June 3, 2013 or "No shows" payment is still due and payable in full to cover th ecost of meals and conference materials purchased based on teh registration received by you or your agency. If you are registered but are unable to attend, someone else may attend in your place.
